AEROBICS TIMETABLE
All persons wishing to participate in a class must check in at Reception and be issued a pass. The pass is then to be given to the instructor before entering the Aerobics Room. No patron will be allow entry once the class has been in session for 5 minutes. Classes run for approximately an hour and the room is fully air conditioned
Power Bar – Weight training to music. Fat Burner – Freestyle combo Hi / Lo class. Tae Box – Freestyle martial arts & boxing class to music. Boxercise – Boxing circuit incorporating a speed ball, boxing / kick bag, skipping, focus mitt & more. Boxing Circuit /ABS - Boxing Circuit plus 30 mins abdominal exercises Combo Mix – A combination of Fat burner,Freaa weights and Boxercise. Combo Trio - A combination of Step, Power bar and Hi /Lo Yogalates – A combination of Yoga and Pilates
